• 1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Cut-off time: 2 PM IST. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

  • Business days: Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

• 2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping 4–7 business days₹50 (Free on orders ₹999+)

  • Expedited Shipping 2–4 business days₹150 Local Delivery (select cities)1–2 business days₹75

  • Delivery times may vary based on location and courier availability.

• 3. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship within India only. For bulk or international orders, contact  support@jeyonahealthcare.com.

• 4. Order Tracking

  • Tracking details are shared via email/SMS once your order is shipped. You can also track your order under My Account > Orders.

• 5. Delays & Exceptions

  • Delays may occur due to weather, festivals, or courier disruptions. We will notify you promptly if your order is affected.

• 6. Address Changes & Cancellations

  • Address changes allowed within 2 hours of placing the order.

  • Cancellation requests must be made before shipment.

• 7. Missing or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@jeyonahealthcare.com.We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund as applicable.
