Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Cut-off time: 2 PM IST. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Tracking details are shared via email/SMS once your order is shipped. You can also track your order under My Account > Orders.

Delays may occur due to weather, festivals, or courier disruptions. We will notify you promptly if your order is affected.

Address changes allowed within 2 hours of placing the order.

Cancellation requests must be made before shipment.

7. Missing or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@jeyonahealthcare.com.We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund as applicable.
